BREAKING: Sierra Leone Government Reduces Fuel Price
Ibrahim Hashim The government of Sierra Leone has today, Friday 29 July 2022 announced through a Press Release a further review of fuel pump prices.
According to the announcement, the prices of fuel have been adjusted as follows:
Petrol- from Le20 to Le 19
Diesel- Le19
Kerosene- Le19
Fuel Oil- Le19
Earlier this month, fuel pump prices were reduced from Le22 per to Le20.
The fuel price changes are influenced by changes of the price on the world market and the exchange rate in particular. We have seen reductions at the pumps in the past one month purely because the world market prices have dropped.
