Sierra Leone Police Invites NGC Chairman For Questioning Over Statements Against The Midterm Census

The Inspector General of Police has invited the Chairman and Leader of the National Grand Coalition, Dennis Bright at the CID Headquarters.

He is invited for for questioning for his media program on a national radio, Radion Democracy, where he spoke against the upcoming Midterm Census.

The Midterm Population and Housing Census is set to commence on 10th December 2021.

The Midterm Census is unpopular among the opposition which have indicated their intention to boycott the Census and have been calling on their members to boycott it too.
