Prime Suspect in Brutal Killing of Woman in Kabala Charged to High Court
Following the brutal Killing of a woman in Kabala, Magistrate Santigie Sesay is said to have committed the murder case of Iyeba Sanda Barrie to the High Court of Sierra Leone.
Saturday,10/2/2023 marked the third appearance of the accused, Alimamy Kamara at the Koinadugu Magistrate Court.
Alimamy was charged to court for the murder of Iyeba Sanda Barrie.
Magistrate Santigie started the preliminary investigations into the murder case on the 8th of February and ended it today Saturday,10/02/2024 in Kabala.
According to a reliable source, the state council is said to have provided sufficient evidence that has made the Magistrate submit the matter to the high court.
Meanwhile, Concerned citizens, Human Rights Organizations, friends, and family members are demanding that the authorities probe into the circumstances surrounding the mysterious death which took place at Kamaseh Village, some 2km from Kabala Town, on Friday 26, January 2024.
family members say the mutilated corpse of the lady was found near a stream with stab wounds that showed evidence of an imminent brutal attack from the assailant.
That is wickedness to the highest degree. The murderer must be killed by parts. An eye for an eye. A tooth for a tooth. That will help stop killings in our nation.
