2023 Elections: APC Supporters Storm ECSL Tallying Center in Makeni

The Electoral Commission for Sierra Leone (ECSL) has commenced the tallying of Election Results in Makeni today Sunday 25th June amidst serious tensions from opposition protesters.

However, there has been serious tension at the tallying Center as videos showing supporters of the main opposition calling for projections before tallying.

Supporters of the main the opposition APC took to the fore-front of ECSL Regional Tally Center at the Azzonlini highway Makeni with Placards of different written inscriptions demanding for the projections of the tallying process at the above mentioned tally center.

Meanwhile, the ECSL informed the general public in a press statement has tallying commenced in all regional tally centres this morning.

Now I know that some SLPP supporters are idiotic and foolish. Tallying of results always goes with the projection process. Try to work for a tally Centre and gain some knowledge before being very stupid in your life. ECSL is just trying to change everything fair about elections please be careful as the whole world is now watching your actions.

"Projection before tallying" as demanded by the supporters of APC. Do they really understand the meaning of their demands? Tallying means counting step by step. Projection means to show the outcome of what has been tallied or counted. How can anyone put the CART BEFORE THE HORSE? This is a shame.
