Why they can give it to those who needs it most like the orphan
How would they, when they can’t even tarmac the road from the ambassador’s residence to his office. There are organisations to donate these items to like schools, hospitals, churches, orphanage etc. The items are listed as sold as seen. No guaranty given so buy at your own risk.
What is the cost for the Air condition.
Save yourself the pain and go buy a new one.
Few years ago I was at the Embassy and they had displayed prices that was least minimum accepted. You have to bid above those prices. Myself bid for mountain bike for my nephew. Although my bid was fair above I was not lucky. A few days later the same bike was in the school compound where my nephew attended. When contacted the students told me nephew that his father got the bike at a cost lower than my offer!!!! The father had already made a deal with some insiders.
From thenceforth I avoid these auctions.
