The Public Relations Officer of the West African Examination Council, Salieu Kamara, has announced when the West African Senior Secondary Certificate Examination, the Basic Education Certificate Examination and the National Primary School Examination will start.

Salieu Kamara while talking to Raymond Fox disclosed that this year’s WASSCE will take place as it used to, between May and June and that the BECE have been scheduled (though sometimes it changes) to take place late July to August.

He added that the NPSE would also take place in the first Saturday of May.

Salieu Kamara stated that, as far as the WASSCE is concern, they already have the provisional time table which they are trying to domesticate, but they are having problems with late submission of entries from school principals.

The PRO said, they had however reopened the Window for three days, which is supposed to end today the 25th February 2022, in order for the principals to do their entries so that no pupils will be left out from taking the WASSCE.
