Pan African Visions Freetown based correspondent and award winning journalist Ishmael Sallieu Koroma has been invited by Merck Foundation to cover the 9th edition of Merck Foundation Africa- Asia Luminary  Conference taking place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates from 15- 17 November 2022.

Ishmael Sallieu Koroma is one few journalists in the world to be invited by the reputable global foundation and will provide coverage for the event which will have  thousands of participants  with over sixteen African First Ladies in attendance.

The young professional journalist was among the top winners of the Merck Foundation maiden Stay at Home Media Award 2020 bagging first position in the print category in West Africa.

“I could not believe my ears when a senior official from Merck Foundation sent me a message that I’m invited in this year’s Merck Foundation Asia- Africa Luminary Conference as a journalist to cover it.
