Yulisa Ahmadu, the CEO of Yulisa & Co, was recently appointed as a youth envoy by President Julius Maada Bio. This appointment is in recognition of his contributions to the community and his commitment to empowering young people in Sierra Leone.

Yulisa Ahmadu has embarked on a searching spree for President Bio’s 500, 000 jobs promise he made to Sierra Leoneans if he was re-elected as President of Sierra Leone.

The Youth Envoy held a meeting with the Turkish Ambassador to Sierra Leone to discuss Job opportunities for young people. The meeting was focused on three key areas – agriculture, youth skilled development and scholarships for young people to improve their economic prospects.

President Bio on several occasion on his campaign towards reelection has made promises to the people of Sierra Leone among which is the one to create 500,000 jobs for youths which raised a lot of questions as to how he will do that.

In the meeting with the Ambassador, the Youth Envoy asked for ways that the vision of President Bio will come to light. Yulisa focused on exploring ways to create new avenues for growth and development in areas of agriculture, youth skilled development and scholarships for youth in the country.

The Ambassador agreed that there is a need to prioritize job creation for young people in Sierra Leone. The Youth Envoy has a secret to success which is a focus to youth empowerment. He sworn to continue making a positive impact on the lives of young people.
