The All People’s Congress (APC) has commissioned the Sat Koroma Memorial Hall at Mamamah, located near the site designated for Sierra Leone’s proposed Mainland Airport City.

The facility, named after a senior party stalwart, is expected to serve as a party office and a venue for political and community engagements.

The commissioning ceremony brought together party supporters and local residents, who described the event as a milestone in the party’s organisational expansion in the area.

The hall is expected to host political meetings, civic activities, and outreach programmes aimed at strengthening the APC’s engagement with communities around Mamamah.

Party officials say the new facility forms part of efforts to consolidate party structures nationwide, particularly in strategically important locations.

The Mamamah area is widely associated with plans for future national infrastructure development, including the proposed airport city project, which remains a key part of government planning discussions.
