The Political Parties Regulation Commission (PPRC) has fined the All Peoples Congress (APC) Party One Hundred and Twenty Thousand Leones (NLe 120,000) after one of its members reportedly violated the Political Parties Act.
According to the PPRC, Hon. Lahal Marrah, the APC’s Falaba District Chairman, made statements during a civic engagement at the District Council Hall in Falaba Town on Saturday, 15 November 2025, that were considered incendiary and inciting.

The Commission had previously warned the APC on 11 November 2025 to avoid contravening Section 39(1)(d) of the Political Parties Act (No. 25) of 2022. The recent incident led to the imposition of the fine.
