Andrew Ayew Donates to Ailing Former Leone Stars Coach
Morlai Ibrahim Kamara Ailing Former Leone Stars Coach Sillas Tetteh has received an undisclosed amount of money as donation from Andre Ayew to support his medical expenses.
The cash was donated by Andre’s mother Maha Ayew and spokesperson of the Ayews Fiifi Tackie.
Andrew Ayew was the U20 skipper when Ghana won the Under-20 World Cup in 2009 in which Sellas was the head coach
During his reign as coach of Sierra Leone, his first assignment was an away game against neighbouring Liberia on September 4th in the Qatar 2022 World Cup qualifiers.
Silla’s appointment was received with mixed feelings following information of the insistence of the Ministry of Sports that the Football Association should hire a local coach.
