HADA FC on Wednesday 24th August, 2022 donated Brighton kits to children admitted at the Princess Christian Maternity Hospital (Cottage).

HADA FC is one of the Ambassadors of the Orthodox Mission – Sierra Leone. One of the motives of the Mission is to help the poor and needy.

On that note, the Management of the HADA Football Club wants to continue the fight against poverty and to help the needy.

As Brighton and Arsenal boosted HADA FC with a 40ft container loaded with kits and football equipment few weeks ago, the Management decided to donate some of the kits to the admitted children at PCMH.

The matron of PCMH, Mrs. Fatmata Kargo thanked Management of the Team for the gesture, describing the donation as a blessing to them.

She further told the Management of HADA FC to keep pushing and continue their good work as the PCMH is always open to receiving such donations.

“The children would be happy to receive more from the Team; they won’t feel abandoned”, she added.

Beneficiaries were elated as they thanked the sponsors and Management of the HADA FC for the gifts.

Many of them are yearning for their children to become professional footballers. They believe with these kits, they have been inspired and motivated.

The indefatigable Manager of HADA FC, King David Kargbo appreciated the thankful messages and praises from the Matron and beneficiaries as the Team, promising that the team will continue to support the needy.

Assurance was also given that there are more on the way as they continue to hope for the better.

It could be recalled that last year when the team was called Orthodox FC, the Management did the same gesture after winning the WAFA U -15 tournament.
