Following his successful transfer from Sanliurfa Belediyesi to Football Club Etimesgut Belediyespor, the defending champions of the Turkish Super League, Sierra Leone Amputee Football Ambassador Foday James Lumeh has revealed in an interview with Awoko Newspaper that: “My ambition this year with my new Turkish club is to be the first amputee professional player from Sierra Leone to win the Turkish Super League.”

He added, “I also want to be able to advocate for other talented players back home to be signed to Turkey and other overseas-based clubs like me to help them fulfil their dream of playing professional football.” At his new club, the skilful forward Foday James Lumeh who has been skipper of the Sierra Leone Amputee Sports Association Football team, signed a two-year deal with the Turkish Super League reigning Champions Etimesgut

Belediyespor Football Club on September 26 and has already started training with the club where he says he feels excited club and like being at home owing to the love and care he is getting from his new teammates, league, coaches and other officials at the club.
