FC Kallon finally got the revenge they wanted against Port Loko football club, Bai Bureh Warriors after defeating them in the second leg of the Sierra Leone Premier League by two goals to nil.

Both goals came in the first half with The Cavaliers left-back, Sahr Musa slotting in a cross from captain Saidu Fofanah in the 22nd minutes.

Julius Goba doubled the tally for the home side after a miss kick from Warriors’ defender landed on his left foot. The midfielder hit a perfect shot in the 18-yard box to the left corner of the goal.

The second-half started slowly with both teams played similar tactics. However, as fatigue sets in in the final third of the match, Warriors missed a couple of chances after their style of play switched to constant pressure with the introduction of midfielder, Foday Summah.

Warriors’ right winger, Mohamed S. Kanu was nearly on target from a tight angle as his shot hit the right-side net.

The Cavaliers now sit in third position with 32 points -10 points behind league leaders Bo Rangers and 6 behind second place, Mighty Blackpool.

Bai Bureh Warriors are in seventh position with 25 points after 18 games. They have now lost eight games while winning only 6.
