Sierra Leonean Mohamed Sheku Conteh penned down a season-long deal with the fourth-tier side Wlokniarz Zelow side in Poland.

Conteh who earned a called-up with the country’s national male side, Leone Stars in 2020, against Mauritania, and Niger asserted he is delightful, and that this is what hard work and smartness pay for.

Disclosing his feelings after penning a deal with the fourth-tier side, Conteh said

“It honestly means everything in the world to me. I mean you can imagine how stressful and overwhelming it could be for someone who was constantly playing or training to sit out for almost a year from doing something they truly love. It wasn’t easy. But I did all I could to come back and come back harder, So this opportunity is just a testimony of God’s promise and what consistent hard work and discipline can get you. But this is only definitely the beginning” he challenged himself.
