Sierra Leone’s Female National Team, Sierra Queens have lost their final match in the ongoing WAFU tournament in Cape Verde.
Sierra Queens suffered a 4-0 defeat against Senegal on Monday 25th January 2023.

This is the third defeat the team has suffered after after an initial 1-0 defeat against Guinea and 4-1 defeat against the Scorpion Queens of Gambia on Saturday, 21st January 2023.
Sierra Queens are now out of the 2023 WAFU Competition, after playing their final match in the group stage against Senegal.
