SLFA Commences Football Academy Registration
Morlai Ibrahim Kamara The Sierra Leone Football Association has issued a Press Release on Tuesday, July 25th, 2023 informing the general Public and Management of Football Academies that it has commenced the registration of football training schools across as part of an effort to Implement the FIFA Connect Program in Sierra Leone.
The FIFA Connect Program will enable Member Associations to engage with their Stakeholders, while improving Transparency and minor Protection.
The Connect Program also helps Members Association to register all their stakeholders in a systematic way and Keep track of players ,coaches and referees- wherever they are in the world.
Criteria For Football Academies wishing to Register with SLFA Must:
1 Be affiliated to and recognised by their respective District and Regional Football Associations
2 Pick up and complete their registration form at the SLFA Secretariat, Kingtom Freetown
- Upon Verification, pay an affiliation fee of Five Thousand Leones [Le 50,000] before admission into the system.
