The President of the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA), Babadi Kamara, has presented a Professional Football coaching tactical board to grassroots coach Victor Cole in recognition of his passion and commitment to the development of football in Sierra Leone.
The SLFA President was joined by his colleagues on the Executive Committee in commending Coach Cole for his dedication to coaching and his support for grassroots football development.
Coach Victor Cole recently completed his CAF C Licence Coaching Certificate and currently serves as Head Coach of Krootown Road Community FC, competing in the ongoing Central One Football Association (COFA) inter-community football competition.
In addition to his grassroots coaching responsibilities, Coach Cole also doubles as the welfare officer of the Sierra Leone National U-20 male Team.
Reacting to the gesture, Coach Victor Cole expressed his appreciation to President Babadi Kamara and the SLFA Executive Committee for the recognition and support. He described the presentation as a great encouragement to him in his coaching journey, noting that the gesture has further motivated him to continue working hard and contributing to the growth of football, particularly at the grassroots level.
Finally, the SLFA President and Executive Committee members encouraged Coach Cole to continue his positive contribution to football development while further advancing his coaching career.
