Star Sport Academy revived their West Africa Champions Cup campaign with a convincing 2-0 victory over Malian side AS Real Bamako on Sunday, August 16, 2026, at the Stade M’Ballou Mady in Kankan, Guinea.
The Sierra Leonean side entered the encounter needing a positive result after losing their opening match of the competition. They responded strongly, producing a disciplined performance to secure three important points.
