Steven Roy Caulker is a professional footballer who plays as a center back for Turkish Süper Liga side Gaziantep, but on loan from Fernabache. He was born in England and now  represents Sierra Leone internationally.

Caulker started his professional career with Tottenham Hotspur in 2009. He spent three seasons on loan with Yeovil Town, Bristol City and Swansea City. At Swansea he made his first appearances in the Premier League and at the end of the season played for Britain at the 2012 Olympics. In November 2012 he made a scoring England debut in a friendly against Sweden.

Caulker is in high spirit ahead of  today’s encounter with Equatorial Guinea.  The defender is set to continue his good form against Equatorial Guinea. He expresses his level of determination in his statements below:

The Central defender is highly determine to qualify Leone Stars to round of 16. He is a player that is currently the talk of the town. His famous assist to Leone Stars Forward Alhaji Kamara  helped Leone Stars to secure a draw against Ivory Coast.His recent partnership with the Central Defender, umaru Bangura  has held AFCON heavy weights Ivory coast and Algeria to a draw.

Leone Stars must win today against equatorial Guinea if they are to keep their hopes alive in the competition.
