First Lady Fatima Bio joined family members, members of the Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP), and well-wishers to pay her final respects to the late Mrs. Hawa Moseray during a funeral service held at St. Paul’s Quasi Parish in Regent, Freetown.

In a statement, the First Lady described Mrs. Moseray’s passing as a profound loss to both her family and the wider community, noting that her memory lives on through the lives she touched.

“As First Lady, I value the strength of unity during times of grief,” Fatima Bio wrote. “Moments like these remind us of the importance of standing together and honoring those who served with dignity. My thoughts remain with the Moseray family and all those who knew and loved her.”

Her tribute highlights the significance of community solidarity and respect for individuals who contributed meaningfully to society.
