High Court Blocks Jesmed Foday Mami Sumah’s Claim to NGC Chairmanship

On September 22, 2025, the Nation Grand Coalition (NGC) announced via press release that the High Court has issued an injunction barring Mr. Jesmed Foday Mami Sumah from claiming to be the official Chairman and leader of the party.

The court injunction confirm that with immediate effect Mr. Sumah should cease claiming to be the Chairman and leader of the NGC party.
