The Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education (MBSSE) announced that the online registration portal for the November 2025 Private West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) has officially reopened.

The ministry urges all eligible candidates who have received a PIN and Serial Number to complete their registration free of charge at designated centers, known as “Cafes.”

In a press release signed by Chief Education Officer Edward M. Kpakra, the MBSSE emphasized several important notes:

No candidate is required to pay any registration fee.

No school authority, principal, or individual is permitted to demand payment from candidates.

Candidates, parents, and school heads are urged to ensure registration is completed without delay.

To ensure a smooth process, ministry officials have been deployed to all centers to monitor and support the registration. The ministry is calling on all school principals and stakeholders to cooperate fully and take advantage of this opportunity.

The deadline for registration is Saturday, September 27, 2025.
