Dr. Samura Kamara-2018 Presidential Candidate of the APC Party; Dr. Richard Conteh-former Minister of Trade/Chief of Staff and Prof. Monty Jones-former Minister of Agriculture among host of other Persons of Interest will appear tomorrow before three empanelled Judges.
Sierraloaded learnt that the persons of interest will appear tomorrow before three empanelled Judges, Hon. Justice Ivan A. Sesay (JA), Hon. Justice Alhaji Mohamed M.J.Stevens (JA) and Hon. Justice Adrian J. Fisher (J).
The Appellants will appear before the Court (Court of Appeal) for directions from the Honourable Judges.
Sierraloaded understands that this is in connection to the Commissions of Inquiry which was established by Constitutional Instruments Nos. 64, 65 and 67 of 2018 to investigate allegations of corruption by former government officials.
