The All People’s Congress (APC) has issued a public notice outlining plans to coordinate condolence visits and contributions following the death of its National Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Hon. Alhaji Minkailu Mansaray.

According to a National Secretariat notice dated 16 June 2026, Mansaray died on Monday, 15 June 2026, in Dakar, Republic of Senegal.

As part of arrangements to pay respects and support the bereaved family, APC leadership will meet on Thursday, 18 June 2026, at 12:30 p.m. at the APC National Secretariat to finalize plans for an official condolence visit to the family.

The party has invited members of the National Advisory Committee, National Officers, Regional, District, and Constituency Executive Committees, Ward Executive Committees, the Parliamentary Leadership, Mayors/Council Chairpersons, Councillors, former Ministers, former Members of Parliament, Flagbearer Aspirants, and all other party stakeholders to attend.

The notice lists coordinators assigned responsibility for mobilization and communication across party structures, including:

– Parliament: Hon. Abdul Kargbo, Hon. Aaron Aruna Koroma
– Councils: Mayor Yvonne Aki-Sawyerr, Kasho J. Holland-Cole
– Regional Structures: Haja Isatu Kamara, Hon. Kombor Kamara
– District Structures: Mohamed Kamara (Med Kay), Bami Kaindoh
– Former Ministers: Karamoh Kabba, Ismail AlSankoh Conteh
– Former Members of Parliament: Hon. J.K. Smith, Hon. Dauda Kallon
– Flagbearer Aspirants: Dr. Kaifala Marah
– Young Congress: Ansu Bernard
– Women’s Congress: Mariama Lowe Bangura
– Veterans Congress: Peter Mansaray
– Legal Team: Africanus Sorie Sesay

Members, supporters, friends of the party, and well-wishers who wish to make financial contributions or other gestures of support are encouraged to channel them through the designated coordinators. All monies and forms of support will be accounted for and forwarded to a Condolence Committee established by the party leadership, which will transmit them to the bereaved family.

The APC also urged members and supporters to visit the APC National Secretariat to sign the Book of Condolence opened in memory of Mansaray, and to assemble at the party office each morning as condolence activities and funeral arrangements are coordinated. The National Secretariat will serve as the focal point for official information and activities relating to the mourning period.

The party leadership thanked members and sympathizers for expressions of solidarity and support, and called on everyone to continue to keep the family of the late Hon. Alhaji Minkailu Mansaray in their prayers.
