Alliance Democratic Party (ADP) leader Mohamed Mansaray, widely known as Kamarainba, has criticized President Julius Maada Bio for allowing First Lady Fatima Bio to engage in campaign activities while other Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP) flagbearer aspirants face restrictions.

In a Facebook post, Mansaray said the President, who also serves as Leader of the SLPP, “is allowing her wife to campaign all over the country, but banned other SLPP flagbearer aspirants.”

He wrote that Fatima Bio was at the Approved School last Thursday campaigning.

Mansaray leads the ADP, a left-wing populist political party he formed in opposition to Sierra Leone’s two main political parties, the ruling SLPP and the main opposition APC.
