Dr. Walton Ekundayo Gilpin, Managing Director of Rokel Commercial Bank, has been recognized for his outstanding contributions to national development at an awards ceremony held at the Miatta Conference Center in Freetown.
The accolade, presented by Chief Minister Dr. David Moinina Sengeh on behalf of President Dr. Julius Maada Bio, honours Dr. Gilpin for his dedication, exemplary leadership, integrity, and exceptional contribution to the transformation of the public service sector in Sierra Leone.
The event brought together a distinguished group of public servants who were also recognized for their service and impact in advancing national development.
In his acceptance remarks, Dr. Gilpin expressed gratitude for the recognition, dedicating the award to the staff of Rokel Commercial Bank, customers, regulatory authorities, as well as his family and well-wishers for their continued support.
