Sierra Leone forward Kumba Brima has been featured in Deportivo Alavés’ new colours as she prepares for the upcoming season in Spain.
In a video shared by the Sierra Leone Premier League, the Sierra Leone international is seen taking part in a photoshoot in her new Alavés kit, offering supporters a glimpse of the striker as she begins another chapter of her career in Spanish women’s football.
Brima’s appearance comes as clubs prepare for the new season, with the former Mogbwemo Queens forward now representing Alavés.
Brima previously established herself as one of the leading forwards in Sierra Leone’s domestic women’s football.
During the 2022-23 Sierra Leone Women’s Premier League season, she scored 12 goals for Mogbwemo Queens and finished as the competition’s leading scorer as the club won the league title.
Her performances also earned her the league’s Golden Boot.
Brima later represented Mogbwemo Queens in the WAFU Zone B Champions League qualifiers, gaining experience in regional club competition before continuing her career abroad.
