Sierra Leonean musician Drizilik has partnered with Africell Sierra Leone to support the rollout and promotion of his latest album, “Audacity,” in a collaboration combining music, technology and cultural engagement.

The partnership, announced on September 28, 2026, forms part of a broader campaign aimed at connecting Drizilik’s music with audiences in Sierra Leone and abroad through Africell’s outdoor advertising and media platforms.

As part of the campaign, Africell has deployed city-wide billboards and outdoor activations featuring codes that direct members of the public to Drizilik’s official website, where they can access the album ahead of its global release on September 30.

Africell Sierra Leone Chief Executive Officer Shadi Gerjawi said the company considers arts and culture an important part of Sierra Leone’s identity and remains committed to supporting individuals contributing to the country’s creative sector.

“Sierra Leone’s arts and culture are a big part of what makes us who we are, and at Africell, we genuinely care about supporting the people who bring them to life,” Gerjawi said.

He described Drizilik as an artist who has developed a distinctive sound while maintaining a strong connection with Sierra Leone and its people.

“Drizilik has created a sound that is uniquely his own, while staying connected to the place and people that inspire him,” Gerjawi said, adding that Africell was proud to support the musician in taking Audacity to a wider audience.

Drizilik, whose music draws heavily on Sierra Leonean culture, language and everyday experiences, said the partnership reflects his belief in the ability of music and culture to unite communities.

“My music has always been about what brings us together as a community, and culture is at the heart of that,” he said.

The musician also welcomed Africell’s involvement, saying it demonstrates the company’s commitment to young people and the development of Sierra Leone’s entertainment and cultural industries.

The collaboration comes as Sierra Leonean musicians continue to expand their reach beyond the domestic market, targeting audiences in the diaspora and international music communities.

Further activities are expected throughout October following the album’s release, including an AfriTV live session and a private partner showcase. The activities are expected to provide audiences and industry stakeholders with opportunities to engage with the album and learn more about its creative process.

The partnership combines outdoor advertising, digital access and live experiences as Africell and Drizilik seek to create additional platforms for promoting Audacity in Sierra Leone and beyond.
