As works under the Freetown Wash and Aquatic Environment Revamping project continues, Guma Valley Water Company has announced of a three days shut down of water supply to the Regent, Gloucester and Leicester villages.

According to a public notice issued out by the Company today the 18th August, 2022 a relocation of the distribution pipelines into the Babadorie Faculty at Regent will take place within three days.

As a result of the exercise, the Company informs that water supply to the three aforementioned areas will be shutdown from 3pm on Saturday 20th August, 2022 to Monday 22nd August, 2022.

It added that water supply to the affected areas will resume on Tuesday 23rd August,2022.

The company apologized for the inconveniences this interruption in service may caused.
