Foday Jawara of Musaia Town, Falaba District has been discharged by Judge, Abdul Rahman Mansaray.
Foday Jawara was accused of meeting a child for sexual purposes in a case that has been before the court since 2022 contrary to the Sexual Offences Act.
Foday Jawara confirms he is happy about judgement.
He therefore thanked the Hon. Chief Justice, Justice Desmond Babatunde Edwards for the High Court Criminal Sessions in the District for effective and efficient Justice delivery.
