President Julius Maada Bio of Sierra Leone has officially welcomed the Ambassador-designate of the Russian Federation to Sierra Leone, Ambassador Alexey Popov, in a diplomatic ceremony held today, February 8th, 2024.

During the ceremony, President Bio received the letter of credence from Ambassador Popov, solidifying the commencement of his diplomatic mission in Sierra Leone.
