I Have Delivered on All My Manifesto Promises – President Bio Tells Sierra Leoneans
Ishmaila Jalloh President Julius Maada Bio has stated that he he has delivered on all his manifesto promises.
President Bio said so at State House couple of days ago.
The President stated even though COVID-19 has affected the smooth running of the country, he has successfully delivered on all promises he made during the 2018 elections.
The President added among other things that his government is paying fees for over 1.5 million pupils in the country, stating that his government has provided school buses for pupils.
“More girls are going to school more than ever before”, the President explained.
He also said that he has abolished the death penalty and the Criminal Libel Law.
The President mentioned that he recognizes the fact that there are challenges in the country but his government have done well in managing the country well given the COVID-19 impact across the globe.
