BREAKING: Former President Koroma Charged to Court For Treason
Sorie Abubakar Sierra Leone’s former president, Ernest Bai Koroma, has just been formally charged with treason.
The four-count charge borders on his alleged involvement to overthrow the government of Sierra Leone on 26 November 2023.
Reports indicate that his lawyers have applied to the High Court for him to be granted bail. The same has been granted.
The government has disagreed with ECOWAS Terms set out in the letter.
The matter has just been stood down at the request of the country’s Attorney General.

This are conflicting statements. I take this medium as a sours of credible information. Today I received two statements, the one says Ernest Bai Koroma has been charged to court, and the other one said he will be relocated tomorrow to Nigeria. Which one we should believe
