Kandeh Kolleh Yumkella, the Chairman Presidential Initiative on Climate Change, Renewable Energy and Food Security has engaged the Director General of the United Nations office in Nairobi (UNON) on multilateral exchange and development.

The meeting also incorporated the director of the United Nations Habitat which is the United Nations entity responsible for urban policies as well as looking into actions to create sustainable cities and human settlements.

The engagement was focused on the upcoming Africa climate summit 2023 on the theme ‘driving green and climate finance solutions for Africa and the world’. They had a structural discussion the work of UN-Habitat and areas of collaboration in Sierra Leone.
