After series of mic battles and diss songs, Sierra Leonean most respected rappers; Shadow Boxxer and Amb. Kao Denero are set to drop their first collaboration song.

Both rappers have been featured on different projects. In 2009, controversial rapper Boss La featured them on ‘Money Na Bank Remix’ along with Pupa Banja, MDG, Daddy Saj and other rappers. The song became a breakthrough for Boss La in the entertainment industry. They were also featured on ‘Self Made’ by Ishmael Cham along with Shady Baby, Base Aphonix, Dalo Smoke, MDG and Suprim which became a hit in Sierra Leone and a street anthem.

Kao Denero and Shadow Boxxer are considered best rappers in Sierra Leone and rated to be Africa biggest rappers. They have engaged in lyrical battles. Few years ago, Shadow Boxxer released ‘Seize U Mic’, a diss song he did against Kao Denero. In response, Supa Laj, a signed artiste of Black Leo records replied Shadow Boxxer on behalf of his CEO and cousin, Kao Denero. He released ‘Homesless’ against the rapper.

In October 2021, Shadow Boxxer and Kao Denero ended their beef and mic battle. They had lunch together and spent good time.

To continue with their bond, among all the rappers in Sierra Leone, Kao Denero selected Shadow Boxxer to represent Sierra Leone on the Continental Cypher that will have artistes from different Africa countries. In returns, Shadow Boxxer is set to release a song with Kao Denero that will be part of his album.
