Hon. Osman Abdal Timbo Esq. has resigned from his position as the Deputy National Secretary General of the All Peoples Congress (APC), effective immediately.

In a letter addressed to the National Secretary General of the APC, dated March 12, 2025, Hon. Timbo stated that his resignation is due to his desire to pursue new steps in his political journey.

Hon. Timbo expressed his gratitude to the party’s leadership and members for the support and opportunity he received during his tenure. He affirmed his continued loyalty to the APC and his commitment to working towards the party’s growth and success in the future.

“As I transition into this new phase, my loyalty to the APC remains steadfast, and I will continue to work towards the party’s growth and success. I look forward to collaborating with you and the leadership in different capacities as we strive to build a stronger, more united APC and a progressive nation.” Timbo said.

The resignation comes as the APC prepares for internal party elections.
