FC Kallon Football Club have consoled a diehard fan Ibrahim Kanu who suffered from a ghastly accident along the Matotoka Highway.

It could be recalled on the late hours of the 27th of January, 2022 , Ibrahim Kanu, an undisputed and diehard fan from the FC Kallon Makeni Branch, Fan Base , injured himself from a fatal accident along the Matotoka Highway, that led to one of his feet been amputated.

Ibrahim was rescued and taken to the Makeni Government Hospital , but as a result of the severity of the damage sustained, it was recommended that, he should be taken to the Masanga Hospital in Magburaka . Reaching at the Hospital, the foot surgeon doctor advised that the best option, was to amputate his left leg, that was seriously damage. A very sad news for a young man .

However, his love and support for FC Kallon is unquestionable. He follows the Club with huge passion. He is popularly called ” I.B Kallon ” in Makeni. Therefore, as sign of empathy and compassion to him, the FC Kallon Supporters Club National Executive, headed by the Chairman Mr. Ibrahim Cannu, paid a visit to Ibrahim at the Masanga Hospital, on the 5th of February, 2022 , to console and giving hope to him that, it’s not the end of the road.

He was presented with FC Kallon jersey, written on it, “IB Be Strong”, plus an envelope package to help on his medical bill, as part of the support. Also on the 25th of February , the entire FC Kallon family, including the technical team , players , and fans invited Ibrahim to the Wusum Playing Field in Makeni, to do the ” kick off ” in the fixture between FC Kallon the host team, versus Anti Drugs FC , which his beloved club ( FC Kallon ) won by 5-0. The victory was dedicated to him.

The CEO of the Club, Mohamed Kallon has guaranteed Ibrahim a free entering/pass to watch all FC Kallon home matches.
