The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed a team of four Sierra Leonean match officials to officiate the CAF Confederation Cup fixture between Botswana’s Jwaneng Galaxy FC and AS Port-Louis 2000 of Mauritius.

The highly anticipated encounter is scheduled to take place on 12 September 2026, providing another significant opportunity for Sierra Leone’s match officials to showcase their competence, professionalism and growing reputation on the continental stage.

The appointment further highlights the confidence CAF continues to place in Sierra Leonean referees and reflects the progress being made in the development and professionalisation of match officiating in the country.

The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) congratulates the referee quartet on this prestigious continental appointment and wishes them a successful assignment.
