Three young individuals have reportedly drowned at Jui Bridge in Freetown, after a police raid on suspected kush users in the night of August 25, 2025.
Reports indicated that the raid triggered panic, leading four individuals to jump into the water in an attempt to escape.
As of the morning hours of today, August 26, only one has been rescued alive, and transported to the hospital, while search efforts continue for the other three.
