Mogbwemo Queens FC have been crowned the 2025/26 Marampa Mines Women’s Premier League champions after a commanding 4–1 victory over Koya Queens at the Bo Coronation Field on Saturday.

The emphatic win maintains the club’s perfect season, bringing their total to 19 wins in 19 matches. With 57 points, they have secured the championship with three games to spare and claimed the league’s designated spot in the CAF Women’s Champions League.

The victory marks a historic milestone in Sierra Leonean football, making Mogbwemo Queens the first team in the nation to win the women’s league title three times in four seasons.

During the title-clinching match, Sally Jatta delivered a standout performance, recording two goals and an assist while controlling the pace of the game. Fatmata Turay also played a pivotal role with a goal and an assist, and Matilda Kabba provided the final goal to seal the victory over Koya Queens.

With the championship trophy already secured following an extraordinary campaign defined by consistency and resilience, the three-time league champions now set their sights on finishing the season as “Invincibles” by remaining undefeated in their final three matches.
