On April 8, 2023, five employees of the National Procurement Agency (NPPA) completed advanced training on audit and monitoring of public procurement at the International Development Institute (IDI) in Washington, United States of America (USA).

The leader of the team, Director of Monitoring and Evaluation at the NPPA, Mr. Alie Badara Sheriff thanked the Authority for such an opportunity and promised that they will implement the knowledge and skills acquired from this training in their daily work to see the continuous positive transformation of the Authority and the public procurement sector.

The International Development Institute (IDI) is an agency that works closely with public and private clients to assess their institutional needs and develop programs to address them.
