Prominent Sierra Leonean female rapper, Natasha Beckley has revealed that she featured American Based Rapper Casanova in her latest Rap Single PADI DEM. The said song is currently on various streaming platforms.
She admitted working with the Brooklyn based Rapper on her new album before the American Rapper was incarcerated.
”Working with Casanova was magical. Imagine I’m in Brooklyn and an American rapper asking me what I’m saying. We worked , laughed and talked about Sierra Leone. I just wish we got the chance to shoot the video in Freetown.
American rapper casanova 2x from Brooklyn is also on my album. Unfortunately he was arrested before we could make the trip to Freetown to shoot PADI DEM video,” she stated.
Brooklyn rapper Casanova was sentenced to 188 months, or nearly 16 years, in prison after previously pleading guilty to federal charges of racketeering conspiracy and narcotics conspiracy.
The rapper born Caswell Senior faced up to 60 years for his alleged role in the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation Gang; in 2020, federal prosecutors charged 18 members of the Brooklyn gang as part of a sprawling drug conspiracy case that spanned from 2004 to their arrest.
Keep on going Natasha! We are proud of you 👍💕
