Sierra Leonean rapper, songwriter, record producer, and actor based in the United States of America James Todd Smith popularly known as Salone Cool J has sent an emotional message to his family, fans, and Krio Borbor after some misunderstanding on social media a few days back.
He sent this message after he was bashed, criticized, insulted, and supported by members of the public on social media after raising concern over Krio Borbor’s (American citizen in Sierra Leone) activities in Kono.
In his message which he posted on Facebook, he started by thanking the people who understood his message, adding that his intentions were great and not to offend anyone.
He said his message was a result of standing up for his country to gain respect and not to offend anyone because he love his country.
He also asked abput why he should not speak to Krio Borbor about his country when he is being doing it with other Sierra Leonean. Nonetheless, he stated that he is done with the issue.
He apologized to his family including his wife, Mother, kids father, brothers, and sisters for subjecting them to abusive languages from people on social media.
He continued by thanking his fans and supporters for their support and love in checking on him adding that he will continue to pray for those that have personal hatred minds for him and those that disrespected his family.
He confirmed his love for Krio Borbor and called on citizens to focus on the upcoming June 24th, 2023 elections.
