Sierra Leone’s veteran Entertainer, Dramatist and storyteller, Dennis Nelson Streeter, has passed away.
He died in his native land, Freetown, Sierra Leone on Wednesday, March 27th 2024.
Streeter was a talented visionary storyteller and one of the few who was fighting to keep the culture of storytelling in Sierra Leone. He is known for famous movies like Aminata (2008), The Next President (2013) and Guardian of the Throne (2014).

Streeter is also known for his incredible wit, sense of humor, and baritone bass voice. He will be remembered for his immense contributions in educating and entertaining the younger generation through storytelling and drama.
Before his death, he was also Chief Executive Officer of Ad Media, a local advertising agency in Sierra Leone.
He was a great entertainer and a mentor to many. May his soul rest in peace

Scf mrfreetown found publicly on Facebook who runs spratley charity foundation is openly saying how happy Dennis streeter is dead and how he wants others in the family to die. This white man’s charity should be boycotted, his actions and speech are the worst. Mr streeter for outweighed this mans talents, Mark spratley aka Mr Freetown is at the bottom of the food chain. RIP Mr Streeter, may god be with you.

Mark Spratley charity has made over 140 donations and now working in helping Kush victims with music. I work as one of his admins and he has shown me proof and I have listened to audios that tell a different picture about how Mark Spratley has been treated by a certain family. I was so shocked how people are still very much evil just to get money all you need to do is google Mark Spratley and Sierra Leone and you too can see the work he has done and how people tried to destroy his charity.
