Words around has it that Sierra Leone’s Ambassador of Entertainment, Amara Dennis Turay, popularly known as Kao Denero will likely be replaced by multi award winning singer, Famous, born Fredrick ‘Dapaye’ Peters.

Kao Denero was appointed to serve as Special Envoy for Entertainment and Investment by President Julius Maada Bio in 2021 during his first term.

He was the first entertainment and investment ambassador to be appointed by the government of Sierra Leone. Considering his decades of experience as a rapper, he was to use his experience and talent to boost the country’s entertainment sector.

However, due to the close relationship between President Julius Maada Bio and Famous lately, many are suggesting that the former will be dropped for him.

Famous is a close ally of President Bio. He has been very supportive to him during and after the elections. Lately the singer is being seen hobnobbing with the president in different occasions. This connection many are saying may saw the singer rise as the next Entertainment Ambassador.
