Trevor Jex King, a close friend of murdered Sierra Leonean Model and Fashion Icon Victor Onie Williams has shed light on the circumstances surrounding Williams’ death.

Onie Williams, a well-known figure in the entertainment industry, tragically passed away on December 5th, 2024 under controversial circumstances.

Initial reports suggested he suffered a medical emergency while attending a lecture. However, this was later contradicted by the Department of Legal Studies at Fourah Bay College, which confirmed Williams had not been in class that day.

An autopsy report has since revealed that Williams’ death was a result of a violent and brutal murder. The report detailed severe injuries, including multiple blunt force fractures to the head, neck, and abdomen, manual strangulation with evidence of fingernail marks, and extensive skull fractures. Following the release of the autopsy report, the Homicide Unit of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) arrested Richie Obama, a popular comedian and close friend of the deceased. Almon Sall was subsequently also taken into custody.

In a social media post one month after William’s passing, King hinted at a betrayal, stating that Williams was “cut short by the same ppl that were supposed to protect and guide you.” He also accused a “brother” of lying to protect those responsible for Williams’ demise.

King wrote: “Exactly a month ago, you were cut short by the same ppl that were supposed to protect and guide you. More so, you were let down by a brother who lied about everything to defend the same ppl who forced you to leave this world.”

King’s words, though veiled, carry a heavy weight of accusation. He hints at a betrayal, suggesting that Williams was let down by those he trusted. The post further implies that Williams was silenced by those who were meant to protect him.
