Lamin and Kadie Bah Foundation a non-governmental Organization, situated at 1 Wilberforce Road Off Congo Cross, Freetown is looking for an astute Principal to join our team and foster a healthy learning environment for our Students at the LAMIN AND KADIE BAH ACADEMY.

A leading institution committed to academic excellence and holistic student development, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal to lead and manage the school effectively. Your primary responsibilities will be to supervise our teachers and oversee day-to-day school operations.

JOB SUMMARY

The ideal candidate will be an outstanding instructional leader who is passionate about leading, teaching and setting high expectations essentially, we are seeking a dedicated, experienced and visionary leader with a clear philosophy of education to create an outstanding center of educational excellence. Supervises the academy staffs regarding instruction, curriculum, student learning programmes and issues, and building operations.

Qualifications & Experience.

A Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related
Minimum of 5 years of teaching and administrative experience, preferably in a leadership
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving
Passion for education and a commitment to student

Previous experience as a principal or in a similar
Provide strategic leadership to uphold and enhance the school’s educational
Supervise and support teachers, ensuring high-quality instruction and curriculum

Manage administrative functions, including school
Engage with parents, stakeholders, and the community to foster strong
