Blacker a popular figure known to be an insane person has involved in a fight with an unknown man in the street of Freetown.

The two men were spotted grabbing each other and with a small crowd appealing to them to let each other go.

The other man grabbed one leg of Blacker while Blacker grabbed his hair.

According to the unknown man, Blacker has previously injured him while he was cutting his hair and wanted to do the same thing to him again.

Blacker became popular for his act of cutting the hair of any insane man he came across on the street.
