A man by the name of Sallieu Conteh age 34 and happens to be an auto-electrician of 14 City Road, Brima Lane, East-end of Freetown has been arrested by police and is in custody at the Waterloo Police Station.

Sallieu Conteh arrest and detention came after he was accused of threatened to “crush to death a Police” over a political argument that erupted in a poda-poda (public transportation) that was heading to Waterloo.

According to the report, Sallieu Conteh was handed over to the police at the Waterloo Police Division by the poda-poda driver, together with some passengers who were enraged by the threats on the lives of the Police officer.
